HELP with Moddownload

Hello everybody.

I really need your help. I wanted to download these mods:

http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=392#content

http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=686

But anyhow I can't. When I press the download-button almost nothing happens. Just the pages changes very fastly, but goes then to normal mode again. No Popup oder Loading-Screen appears. Can anybody tell me, why I can't download the files - or does anybody have Mods for Hairstyles and faces? (The normal Styles and especially Elf-Faces are just.... UGLY).

Thanks a lot

Elo

Let me guess - you just press the green download-button and expect it to start right after that?

The big green download button only changes the lower part of the screen to show all the available files that belongs to that mod. So after clicking the green download button, scroll down and choose whatever version you wish to download (assuming that there is more than one).

Thanks for your answer. Yes I did. And I downloaded them. And installed them via the DAModder. But they don't work - altough the modder tells me, they were installed (and I checked in the Documents/DragonAge/.../override - Folder, they are there), I can't choose the hairstyles. Must I activate them anyhow?

Greetings

@Elorian53;

1. "DA Redesigned" is one of the more complicated mods to install and use correctly. You must read and follow the rather lengthy instructions carefully. Among other things, you'll need to obtain and install "Dracomies True Textures" as well.) Please be sure you've read and followed ALL steps in using this mod.

2. "More Hairstyles" is a CC (Character Creator) mod, which means that it only effects your initial character build when you're starting a brand-new game. (And you'll need to understand about the chargenmorphcfg.xml file, especially if you are using more than one CC mod.)

See this article for more information: Using Dragon Age Mods for Dummies.

Feel free to come back and ask more specific questions after you've had a look at that. :thumbsup:
