Would it be possible to add a vendor, or to edit an existing vendor that sells the new armor dyes in Velen or Novigrad. It seems stupid to only have this mechanic in the last few hours of a 100+ hour game, or to have to rely on NG+ exclusively. The vendor doesn't need to sell the diagrams for the dye, I'm ok with having to wait until Touissant to find the diagrams, but he should sell all the colors.
