LE Naming Potions and Left-Hand Poisons

I'll preface this by an admission of my own ignorance: I have no idea if these things are possible. But I haven't seen anything one way or the other when I looked, so I might as well ask.

 

First off, a mod that lets you name potions when you are crafting them, like enchanted weapons.

 

Second, a mod that lets you poison left-hand weapons. Perhaps it would poison a weapon depending on which mouse button you press the poison with, or maybe a second menu that comes up, whatever works.

 

Now, these may be mods that exist already that I somehow managed to miss, I don't know. They seem simple enough, so I figured they would be, but I couldn't find anything. If anyone knows of an already existing mod with either of these functions, or even knows if it's doable or not, I'd love to know.
