Heavy Combat Armor / BOS Uniform Clipping

Hello.

There is a clipping issue with the vanilla Heavy (and Sturdy) combat armor and the BOS uniforms.

 

 

 

Is there anyway I can fix this? I'm not sure how to go about doing it.
