a casino settlement mod

hey has anyone thought of adding casino buildings.furniture,shops and resources to fallout 4 settlement building so people can make casinos like the lucky 38 or the tops from new vegas.

 

what it could include

.blackjack,roulete tables

.slot machine

.buildable casino vault

.bar dancer (like gommorah)

.new walls,roof,floor prefabs

.new signs

.anything else

The 'props' are TRIVIAL. The animation and AI pretty difficult given the current state of the engine and CK.

 

Before making requests like this, you must WAIT until modders have mastered new animation and AI functionality. Look at the recent mods, and notice what they are and are not changing/adding.

 

At the mo, mods that SEEM like your request are SUBVERTING existing animation assets- and that isn't good enough for your purpose unless you want only the player him/herself to be using the gambling resources thru a FIRST-PERSON 'use' button press.

I kinda want some more gambling stuff, it's one of my hopes for Nuka World because the whole thing is a lawless city. Though to be fair I'd rather see new ideas for gambling rather then just blackjack, roulette and slots again.

Animations have proven especially difficult to implement in Fallout 4, since the technology for it isn't created by Bethesda, but Havoc (I think), which means Bethesda can't really release the tools for it to modders, and Havoc doesn't provide free tools. I don't know a lot about animations, but I have seen some non-vanilla animations in mods so I suppose it isn't completely impossible. Just having the objects without animations would be nice already though.
