Scamps patched for fast leveling?

i read a power level guide its explains how to use the scamps from a staf those scams are always near u around 4 of them so it says u must hit the scamps 3 times to make them attack u so u can lvl up things like heavy armor blade magics etc but when i hit a scamp 1 time it fals down and respawns it wont attack me at al is this already been patched or what ? and does anyone know legit way to earn money fast in this game? or fast powerk leveling guide i could use?

Scamps spawned from that staff won't attack... Ever. They're made passive. You might be able to get them to attack by using a frenzy effect, or console. You're really best off just not using this method to level anything other than main fighting skills since it will raise your level, and will cause you to face harder opponents before you're properly equipped. It also kills some of the fun of the game when you no longer have any meaningful skills to work on.

 

Additionally, conjured scamps can be attacked, and will fight back.

This will only raise your level if your fighting skills are your Major skills though. If they are minor you can raise them without leveling, without the bother of harder foes.
