Natsukoo
My PC specs are butt. I love TES on PC because of Modding and such, but I won't be able to run it that well. My PC is nearly 3 years old and its crud. It isn't up gradable because its one of those manufactured PCs that aren't compatible with anything else or upgrade friendly. My best bet would to buy a new machine, but I dont got 500-1000 bucks to spare cause of school. it'll be awhile for me until I can afford a new PC, but my only other option is the 360. It is that bad, but with people raging over how bad it is and all that, I feel deterred not to get it for that. I don want to wait till next yearish or however long just to play on pc well. My specs btw based on these results. http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/1037/unledrh.png http://img197.imageshack.us/img197/2251/unled1ox.png Sucks right? Wish i wasn't pc ignorant back then, i feel like sh**. i managed to play oblivion on med/high, with 20-30fps with some optimization but i barely break wind for skyrim, which means I gotta be the blacksheep and hit the 360. feel free to laugh. any suggestions on what i should do guys? :<
Tweetybird
Hey, I've got to do the 360 thing too. I said this earlier and I'll say it again "When everyone else is wrestling with Steam after midnight, I'll be playing" :) I don't really have an opportunity for a new PC till after tax returns and even then it might be a bit iffy. DyingAtheist
It's really not that big a deal picking it up on the 360.Miss out on mods and the like for a year or so, pick up a good PC and grab yourself the inevitable Game Of The Year edition of the game to boot. All smiles.
Natsukoo
Yeah, thats one option. I gotta save, and ill probably be able to get a new rig if i manage to get another J o b after school ends next quarter. meh, College. Any who, sorry about my sad mood t.t , just so many ppl arguing over 360vPC and the harsh comments kind of discouraged me to even get the game when I return home. Hope I didn't upset anyone, but some people just make you feel envious.

Tilarium
Just curious, what are those websites in your pictures? I want to see it tell me I'd kick the games *** :psyduck:
xaliqen
Those websites are pretty unreliable, I'd never trust one to accurately predict how my setup would perform with a particular game. I suggest just looking at the minimum specs released by Bethesda and see how your setup matches by comparison.
Illuna
well only thing i can seggest is buy beter pc, you can get machine that will run skyrim hight settings for less than 1k eur (especially if u use some old parts from your old machine aswell)
Natsukoo
I basically did, I even matched my gpu with the unofficial chipset list. I keep looking up stuff on whether to get it for pc or 360 b/c ppl say that PC low is the same as 360 or whatever. I doubt my fps would be that high anyway, but idk, its hard to distinguish which is worth it. i hate my pc
Natsukoo
I think I might go for the PC version. im sorry, but xbox version is getting a lot of negative feedback. my gpu might suck, but i think its worth it over the console and i dont have to feel left out
