Rennn
If it's any help, CyberPower is a great budget company. You might need to do some upgrading, but you can get a nice gaming pc for about $700. That's still a lot of money :( , but it's much better than spending $1500. My $800 pc will be equivalent to about a $1500 alienware rig. Careful though, they don't have the best customer service. Just a tip :)
jesusismyairbag
It's really not that big a deal picking it up on the 360.Miss out on mods and the like for a year or so, pick up a good PC and grab yourself the inevitable Game Of The Year edition of the game to boot. All smiles. Yes. If you go this path, I know it's a long road but by then there will be heaps of mods for you to chose from and some of them will have been updated, too. Natsukoo
Yeah, Im not planning on getting a rig that is $1k+, too excessive for me(I can cope with saving up for a 500-700 rig, which I may be able to afford after school year ends). I've been reading threads and trying to find footage of low quality mode with my graphics. ppl say low quality is alrightish, but my gpu is poop(low Vram, non gaming card, etc). Since I have one of those cruddy manufactured slim line PCs, upgrading is not an option, can't even up the gpu). So, I've been going back and fourth about the quality of 360. Personally, IDGAF about 360, its just the bad rap its been getting by everyone over PC and PS3 for some reason. I love modding on oblivion, so thats the main reason. Fanboism got me. xaliqen
Yeah, Im not planning on getting a rig that is $1k+, too excessive for me I spent a little over 300 dollars on my recent upgrade. I can run everything out there pretty much at ultra high settings or beyond (forcing higher settings through Nvidia control panel). So, yeah, don't feel like you need to spend a lot of money, just shop around for good deals.

The thing is, my tower model isn't upgradable and its not worth all the trouble moving anything. Heck theres this one part in my PC that I can't even remove. B/c my current machine is nearly 3 years old and a cruddy slim model. I need a new comp. Wish i would know how Skyrim runs on a 3450 anyway, just for curiosity sakes
GoodfellowGoodspring
Its working on my 6 year old pc with a 3 year old video card, minimum requirements mean nothing your best testing it to see how it preforms.
quinton666
I don't trust that website. I already running Fallout NV medium or high setting. I was curious see how I fair on Skyrim. I pass everything except for video card. Told me can't be done on minimum setting and my video card might not be supported. I try NV told me same thing but here I am running 20 fps outside and inside places fps jump to 30 something. I'm running Intel core i3 laptop. I have money buy Skyrim but thinking hold off til black friday see if lower price. Never know until you try player. If don't work you always upgrade pc play it player. Now I'm in a different dilemma. Since the game didn't work well, i might have to invest on a new system. The thing is, I'm a Uni student and I go back and fourth often, so If I were to buy a desktop, then It'll be a burden and awkward. The thing is, some ppl say, don't buy a laptop, even though its just to play skyrim, so im not sure what to decide on. plus current pc im using barely works. I managed to fix it when it froze up on my earlier August.
