Can I run it smoothly?

Hi all,

 

So I'm a huge tes fan. I don't have a console and I'd like to try and get skyrim on my PC. "Can you run it" is telling me I can run it at minimum settings but I wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks

 

My specs are

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU t5900 2.2 GHz

4 gb ram

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series 1.5 gb

Plenty of hd

 

So again thanks for helping. I don't mind running it on low, just want it to run smooth.
