No surround sound.

Apparently surround sound doesn't come standard with the game, and there's no option to turn it on.

I can't find anything obvious in the .ini files either.

 

The only thing I see in them is:

I'm guessing it might have something to do with these values, but they make no sense.

How do I turn on surround sound?
