Bugged skills?

Some skills has in description in place where should be number like "+5%attack dmg from fast attack"(just example) there is @!@! or @I@I

 

First tho about mods, remove them all and problem is still. These skills dosent works in game so it is isnt just annoying but playable. Rest skills with correct desc works fine.

 

gog version version 1.21(dont want 1.22 cuz one of my fav mod) checked file and everything fine
