W10 upgrade & the hell it brought

Upgraded to W10 lost night and it just crapped all over my computer - but the main thing it did with regard to FO4 is screw with my mods to the point where stuff I'd previously built is no longer there. Specifically at this point I only want to discuss Homemaker (since it's the biggest most obvious problem - some of the other mods seem to be working fine - like Unlimited Companion Framework - though I haven't checked all my mods yet.) Homemaker is a particularly important since I built a prefab house, stocked it with six wall safes which contain, among other things, all my Legendary Weapons & Armor I've collected. So, what & where would I look to find this information?

 

One caveat to this I might mention, but one I do not quite understand, after I got into W10 this morning, it seemed to fixate on a test user I created to solve a loading issue with W7. I will go check to see if any nexus mod info has been written to this user. But in the meantime I still would like to know what I'm looking for to get my built Homemaker items restored.

FO4 stores its enabled mods and plugins per Windows user.

Check the various %APPDATA% folders of your user folders for the right files of FO4 that you need to copy.

My own answer - A while back I had some issues and as a part of the diagnostic procedure, I created a Test User in Windows - When I upgraded to W10 it started sticking files into this user box, specifically the ini files needed to support my mods. Traced them down, made the mod adjustments to the 2 ini files on that test user (not sure how to change it back to my default user and FO4 is being pointed to that test user location to get the ini file info). I'm leaving this just in case others might find it useful though if the moderator were to delete this post, I would be no worse for wear.
