davidlallen
If you search on the main geck site for dialog, you can learn a little more about how the lines of written dialog integrate with the voice types. Then you can trace out how the random exclamations are written in FNV. The exact topic titles are different, so the exact filenames are different. Once you understand a little more about them, then you can add written dialog and the sound files from FO3 enclave. There is no shortcut way to do this; you will need to do some work in geck. It is certainly possible to do. But as another responder noted, you cannot distribute a FNV mod which contains FO3 assets.

davidlallen
Glad I could help a little. Threads never get deleted so that you, or others can search the forum and find answers. Threads never get locked unless the discussion turns to piracy.
