ddaaeeddrraa
One time me and my friend were playing morrowind and he tried to pick the lock on a lock level forty door......it didnt work, to complex. As a joke he spun around one time to the left and tried again....it started working. we tested it several times and it only failed once (but the lock level was like 75 and the security skill was way too low). So if your in a jam...try it.
Limorkil
Was it really worth thinking up a user name and password for that? I noticed while picking locks that the more attempts you make, the more chances you have to succeed. I counted the number of successes and failures for each attempt and, sure enough, the first attempt has the most failures. The second attempt has less failures, the third even less and so on. Spooky eh? If you need me, I'll be in the kitchen with my head in the oven.
Pack Rat
I believe you might respond a bit more respectfull to new people... @ 2*daedra First, welcome to the forum, might introduce yourself at the newbiespart ( omg I'm beginning to sound like a moderator  ) Anyway at the lock thing I believe it's indeed "luck" that had something to do with it and also the fact that you tried for a second time, like Limorkil said for some part... I dont think your "move" had much to do with it
Smashy
Thats odd, as previously stated it was probably your luck artibute, but for the sake of arguement what pugins do you have installed at the moment (if any)?
ShinJiOh
i know that if you have not much fatigue, that you will fail more than if you wree to have alot of your fatigue left, maybe what you did was restore your fatigue a little when turning around?
kadude
I have around 40 in security and I can pick lvl 100 locks with a master lockpick !Not to much failures..3-7 fails before success!
Dijas
Does fatigue matter for lockpicking? wow, that's new for me. I always thought that security and luck were the only who count for success ratio.
