Audio Problem (FiiO E7+E9)

Currently using a FiiO E7+E9 external DAC+Amp set up for my headphones.

The issue is that (Sometimes) during loading screens a static-type noise will emit from one of the headphones or both sides.

It cannot be fixed unless I disable the sound driver and re-enable (requiring me to exit and restart Skyrim)

Any ideas anyone? Been dealing with this for months.

I also use an outboard system (Cambridge audio Dacmagic, Cyrus amplification, Proac speakers + BK Monolith :D ) and am having the same problem with Skyrim. Yet to find a solution however.

And I have the same problem but it is also accompanied by very very slow gameplay, loading is slow, character action is slow, NPC action is slow, and camera movement is slow. Slow enough to make the game unplayable.
