Blurriness While Wearing Power Armor

i have this little problem. while wearing a power armor, everything looks blurry, like too much AA or too much blur, without power armor looks ok, normal,

mods afecting power armor: no fusion core drain, unlimited durability

 

(console commands rimod 00094636 and rimod 002041B6 don't fix it)
