DataRomance
Yay, Okay, So i fixed the problem i had with the textures tearing, and warping all over the place. Apparently, my computer likes to update my display driver without my knowledge. Usally when i reformat my pc, in windows update there are two ati display drivers to choose from. I can't remember which one i picked. But either way. What i did to fix the problem was, I went into device manager, found my ati driver, right clicked it, went to properties, And rolled back the driver. That fixed my problem. I'm only posting this here cause the issue popped up for me again after 5 months of not having it.

kinderghostdog
[never mind didn't work :( found a fix for mine, what I did was in the AMD control center was put the "wait for vertical refresh" on performance (off) and that seemed to fix it for me, and I can still play on ultra settings fine. Shamanzs23
Hi guys after much troubleshooting two deletion of my Skyrim and checking my mods one by one I found the cause. I have bought recently a hd 7800 series card and I had the 12.10 Catalyst. What I had to do was download the AMD Catalyst 12.11 beta as it "Resolves the Skyrim lighting issue (missing a lighting pass) for the AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series". So now I only have to reinstall all my mods one by one. Hope This helps someone!
