Known Console Commands

What if you just change something like cheek size or something like that, would that mess it up? What stats should I be looking for to see if they changed?

In Oblivion you needed to make a save file with the race menu open but not confirmed, then load that to avoid your stats getting reset.

I've just tested it out.

As long as you don't change your race, you'll be okay and your stats won't be affect in any way.

If you do change your race, the damage is irreversible and even if you change back to your original race your original stats will not return.

I want to add more perks than I have. I found the console command: 1176 AddPerk: Perk.

But how would I use it? Will this add one perk point or a specific perk as in: 1176 Juggernaut?
