Sniperwhere
Oh, I've heard of Fatal Frame. So i guess i have heard of it. I'm also looking forward to Project Origin. Also, I think the expansions to FEAR, particularly Perseus Mandate, are more fun than the main one. PM doesn't have as many scary moments, but it has a lot more fighting in it, and scenes that are scarier than any in the first. Though, i think the scariest in all FEAR games is in Extraction Point(which is just a little too short to really get into it) when and before Johnson dies. I got so startled when i answered the ringing telephone and head that scream in the room.
Forgottensteel
Dead Space is probably the scariest game i've played so far. The tension and music just drag you in...plus the fact that they can come from anywhere! ^^ The thing about the music is it builds up as you get closer to enemys so your walking around thinking "Where the heck is this guy?" or even more frightening is when the music tricks you, it doesn't play then all of a sudden BAM! You get jumped by something, i've jumped or yelled quite a few times now. The lighting even plays a role in scaring you, spend to long in an area and the lights will flicker, had this one time where that happened and this boss ran right up to me then vanished in front of me @.@ Scared me pretty good...ran all the way back down the corridor thinking the guys going to do it again, had critical health as well so one hit would have meant bye bye. But i'd say if you really like your horror games or just looking for a good scare Dead Space is definatly worth the buy! ^^ Plus i've completed it and it's still managing to scare me.
