Ruirick
Okay, I deleted the .ini file and started a new game but no good! Still the same... Come on!... Someone out there can surely come up with a fix...You guys are genius’s! :-)
buddah
Topic moved to General Oblivion. Buddah Bump for exposure to resolve this issue.
Vagrant0
The issue probably isn't anything to do with the ini. It might instead be due to a mod which adds a texture, or changes a mesh in your data folder. You might want to look and see what texture based you have installed, and see if any of them added or changed a landscape texture. This wouldn't have shown up with any .esps since it is the resources in your datafolder that are causing it. It might also be graphic card related, try seeing if you can get a similar effect somewhere else, or if lowering your graphic settings can resolve the issue. My bet is that it's resource related. Ruirick
Thanks, although I don't know how I could find out a landscape file problem. I have installed a lot of mods and some have effected landscape for sure. Hmmm...

Probably textures\landscape\TerrainGCgrass01.dds if you are where I think you are in that screenshot. If you have a file that overwrites that texture, it may have been made or installed incorrectly. Unfortunately since that texture has already been linked as overwritten in your game, you would need to either replace it with a working one, or extract that texture from the BSA archives with BSA commander. ResidentWeevil2077
Easiest solution is OBMM, and to use its "BSA Alteration" method for replacing textures. I tried using its "BSA Redirection" method, but it didn't work for me, and "BSA Alteration" is surefire.
Ruirick
Well, I did the BSA Alteration and no good. Anything else??
ResidentWeevil2077
It looks to be a misplaced texture somewhere (most likely as a result of someone not pointing the mesh in the direction of said texture). The only thing I can suggest is go into the CS, look up where these rocks are, find the names and locations of their meshes, locate the meshes on your HD, open 'em up with NifSkope, then check to see if the textures are where the mesh is looking (IE under the "NISourceTexture" parameter in NifSkope, the path to the texture would look something like "textures\rocks\something.dds")
