DyingAtheist
Basically (And I'm sure I'm missing something painfully obvious here) I'm wondering how exactly people have access the textures etc. for the game to the point that they've been able to edit them. People seem to have folders that I don't, unless I'm missing something. In my games Data folder I've got a load of .bsa files and then a couple of .esm and as far as mentioning textures and the like goes, that's all there is. Anyone any tips on how I'd actually get hold of the textures for editing?
scrivener07
Use Fallout Mod Manager or another bsa extractor to extract "Skyrim - Textures.bsa". Each bsa is named after what it contains. fyi .bsa stands for Bethesda Softworks Archive and behaves just like any other archive file format. mdale13
I too am interested in this. The shield textures are in need of some serious upgrades.
