No respawn?

I thought they confirmed that there'd be respawn for the Radiant Story system... I think I'll test this tomorrow to be sure. Why else would things say "Cleared"?

 

They did. Maybe the only time it respawns is if you accept a quest that makes you go to that place that you already cleared? idk

That's what I'm thinking. We all recall them saying something about 'never ending' quests . So maybe if you find a pick up quest

to go back to one you were at it respawns then. Something to consider before churning out blind respawn MODS for sure.

 

I will say I've picked up quite a few side quests that were initiated by reading books I find. So many books! I've yet to chase those quests down.

 

So, who knows.

As I've just posted here, they do respawn after about a month, so q111 is probably right about 720 hours delay. Well, at least dungeons respawn too. I'd definitely give up on the game if they didn't.

And no, I didn't have any new quests picked up during my little experiment, so I guess they have nothing to do with respawn.

takes 1 ingame month for respawns, the same as it takes for metal veins

Are you sure about ore veins? I waited for a month outside of a mine, all the bandits there respawned, but the veins remained inactive.

 

Edit: for those who might be concerned about ore veins replenishing: they do when the cell respawns, but for some reason when you enter the repopulated cell for the first time, veins look normal (non-depleted), but are inactive (can't be interacted to). Reentering the cell resolves this glitch.
