The warning was given for the following reason: Uploading ported content from Fallout 3 DLC to the new vegas file database. File removed - From Fallout 3 to Fallout New Vegas The new Vegas BSA does contain many fallout 3 assets like the Chinese rifle but it does not contain the zeta weapons and a few others.
