Crashing when trying to play with mods

So I recently decided to reinstall Fallout: New Vegas with mods and every time I try to play it crashes, I can get through all the menus fine but when I try to actually play it crashes to desktop.

 

My mod load order is:

I am not an expert on which mods conflict with what, but my assumption is you have conflicting mods that cause your game to crash. I have had this many of times. The best solution for me was to strip the game down to vanilla then slowly add your mods and test to see if it works. With this trial and error you should be able to figure out what specific mod or mods is causing your crash.
