I built a PC powerful enough to run New Vegas and massive texture overhaul mods and the like.

 

So, I made a nexus account to download said mods.

 

Any mod recommendations? I've downloaded the mod manager and McM as well as the Fallout Mod Manager, but where do I begin in terms of texture packs and the like?

This list is by no means definitive. There are a lot more things you could add, but I'm not going to list all of them There are a lot. Also, it should be noted, I am assuming you have a fairly good rig. Something that is at least GTX 960 level. These are also just graphics mods.
