Josh423 Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 I simply want something that gives me 4 perk points instead of 1 when i level so that i can max out all the perks by the time i get to level 70. Doesnt seem like it would be that difficult but im a total noob when it comes to this stuff. There is already a slower skill gain mod which is the other part i wanted to couple with this.
