I suspect it's due to editing the skills using console, but this problem never happened in TeSIV, FO3 or FNV :S Really really irritating. Raidernick Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) modav is notorious for causing level up problems/skill problems in bethesda games. If you really need to use to console to increase your level use setav not modav. Onceyou increase your skill to high using this I believe the problem becomes permanent. You might need to reload an old save, or manually increase your level using advlevel to increase one at a time until you reach 50.
