I've narrowed my choices down to the ever popular FCOM and War Cry - New Dimension (with English patch). My primary goal is something that reduces any level scaling, though I expect I'll later want a bunch of new weapons, armour, creatures, and lore-unfriendly crap in my Oblivion so I might as well take advantage of the overhaul mods. Update: Added poll.
