CODE6N4G
Try to stop using the CFF explorer as that might cause some odd errors with the code, and OBSE has a few mods that increase frame rate you might want to look into getting one or two. Again try to use the .ini tweaks I listed before, I will list a link to a memory booster below, but none the less try what I have listed in my post before this one. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45576/? constantcanadian
Well nothing seems to be working I tried the ini tweaks, I tried 4gb patch, i tried reinstalling it, i tried no mods, and yet I'm still stuck at 24-35 FPS I guess I just won't record it. I even De-fragmented, Virus scanned and cleared useless stuff. I don't understand why it's just having problems now all of a sudden but oh well. CODE6N4G
You could try reinstalling your APU driver to see if that helps, I haven't used the AMD driver install program in about 2 years so I can't remember where the option is but you should use the CLEAN INSTALL option it will clear out old settings that might be causing the problem. If you're lucky AMD should have released an update for windows 10 so you might see a big jump in FPS. Hey just to make it easier for you I looked up the most recent driver for you APU here it is http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows+10+-+
