Far Harbor CTD at first memory

So...30 mods, nothing special, just homemaker, ssex...soe and some weapons mods, lore friendly. All has been working great until I installed the FH mod. Got to Dimma's first memory and POOF...CTD.

 

Asus Z170 pro

i7 4gh

32gb ram

4gb video

 

Any thoughts or am I just one of the lucky members who are plagued with random yet persistent CTD's?

i am having the same issue, and cant find anything on how to fix this :// the crash is replicatable, everything else is working fine until i try to load the first memory from the terminal. loading screen shows, and then ctd.

 

EDIT: i tried carefully uninstalling all mods, and even deleted my .ini files and attempted to get into the first memory, and still it doesn't work. starting to think it just might be my save, or as per usual, Bugthesda -_-

so, i couldn't figure out why this issue was happening, but by using << this mod, its possible to skip going into the memories (which is fine for me anyways, i wasnt looking forward to the puzzles). in the mod desc it says enter the first memory, but it still worked for me when i ran the bat file without even entering. just listen to all of the holotapes it gives you and everything works fine.
