PsYchotic666Joker Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 it's really annoying to open this menu with Q and select my 'favorites' why not just keep normal hotkeys and just press a freaking buttons in real time to swap instead of pausing and pressing...tedious and annoying me ><

Use use Q while in the favorites menu. Read the manual before complaining about a feature that's available and in-game.
James009 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 I miss the old button hotkeys too. I like the favorites but it should be an addition, not a replacement. Also, I cannot even assign my favorites correctly because the interface is messed up ("F" or "Q" doesn't save favorites UNLESS I am in a chest). How do you assign hotkeys from favorites? Regardless, it needs a little work.

dpeters911 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 You select an item you favorited and press q then the number of the hotkey you want assigned. It's okay--many professional reviewers missed it in their articles.
