Any other mods that help lessen lag/CTDs?

My game is crashing a whole heck of a lot, expecally around New Vega's walls. I have NVEC and NVSR installed right now, but it seems NVEC isn't working properly because I'm still crashing like I was 4 months ago without it now. (It worked before!) Is there a few more mods that help that I don't know of? How much does lowering the quality help? Could my Load Order be causing some of the problem?

 

Also I'm running the 4gbNV on the fake full screen, though I only can use 2.99gb. Is that bad?

Cut some mods. Fallout is finicky and since Bethsoft cant code worth s*** you may wanna cut some out and make sure all mods are up to date.

Like Azrael said, removing some mods is the best way to reduce crashes. Both FOOK and PN are overhauls so make similar changes. I had issues running both in the past so I'd recommend using one or the other. I also noticed you didn't have a merged or bashed patch at the bottom of your mod list. Have you created one of those?

 

A good performance increasing mod (exactly like the name implies) is Better Game Performance. It definitely increased my FPS and seems to have help reduce CTDs.
