requesting perks over haul

Hey every one. I don't know about you but the perks and skills in FO4 fell a little lacking in my opinion. There is very little learning curve. With the way it works now, you go out and get XP which you can use to pick any perk you want

(you can get a full level from cooking food and then use it to get a damage related perk).

My request is to make the perk system closer to Skyrims skill tree, as in you need to use said skill to level it up and the XP gained will go for the Perk/skill only (like sneaking will level sneaking, shooting pistils will level pistils damage %, shooting riffles will level riffles damage %, ect, ect.). Though in Skyrim even after leveling the skill you still needed to use skill points to chose the perks for those skills ( like what level locks you can pick) and the skill point does not even need to be used on the skill that you just leveled up.

The idea is to have the whole perk unlocked from the start. Only the higher tier ability's for that perk will have 0% chance until the skill has reached a certain level at which point the percentage will slowly start going up with the perk level.

Now this idea can be use with most of the perks/skills for FO4. Such as The lead belly perk (In order to level this one all you will need to do is eat irradiated food or drink irradiated water. Just don't dye from the rads).

Some may say they like working with the perk chart. What could be done to keep the joy of working with the perk chart is to have the ability to chose one or two of the perks (they should be able to be changed at any time) so that the player can consecrate on them. This would add a few demerits but the XP gain should be quit a bit more.

Overview of what I am requesting.

1. A change to the perk system. You have to use the perk to level it up.

2. Higher levels to the perk will only start showing up (automatically) when the perk reaches a certain level.

3 The ability to focus on one/two of the perks to increase the learning speed.
