Many people also use modded races that mess with the default facegen settings, with the Mystic Elf being the most popular (it's supported for most body mods, but the lady above looks a little tan to be a Mystic Elf). Mystic Elves have both a "masculine" and a "feminine" separate facial default and both are quite attractive (depending on taste of course). More specifically, she is Exnem's Mystic Elf, created to model the eyecandy body mod and the goddess and amazon armors.
