Deleted2770933User Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 Hi guys, I am trying to figure out how to darken the Kaer Morhen (Viper) armor's chainmail (shoulders and torso) so that it would resemble this promo art more: http://i.imgur.com/KDvAaun.jpg I tried darkening the specular map for the chainmail, but this breaks the texture. Makes it look weird. Also it does not apply to the torso - I have no idea where the torso chainmail gets its specularity. I would really like to remove the "shine" from the chainmail and also darken it. Surely this must be possible? Anyone out there have any idea how to achieve this? Thanks! I have fiddled around with normal map alpha channels and specular maps, but everything I do results in broken specularity instead of the desired effect.
