Download and install New Vegas Mod Manager. Open NVMM. In the menu items at the top, click the Tools tab and then select BSA unpacker. Click the Open button. Navigate to your Data folder within your Skyrim install directory. Select the Textures .bsa, and navigate using the hierarchy panel on the left to actors/characters/redguardfemale.
