Random encounters

So, since I don't know the first thing about making mods, but I do have an idea for one I'd think would make a nice addition to an immersive mod collection, here I am. Did you guys play Fallout or Fallout 2? There was something called random encounters, I think it would be awesome if there where a think in Fallout 4 too, during fast travels. Let's say depending on your endurance and level that there's a chance you get attacked by a group of raiders/mutants/synths/robots and so on. What do you think? Like for the settlement - they get attacked sometimes and I just think that it would add a new layer of realism if you could get attacked during fast travel. It there perhaps someone who would try to make that happen? Thank you!!!

There already are random events triggered either via fast travel or when you walk past certain points, they are more common when walking from point a to point b rather than fast traveling and seeing something when you arrive.

Yes, thank you, I know about those when traveling by foot, but I think there should be when fast traveling too.

If I was fast traveling I'd obviously not want to be interrupted with a battle or else I would of taken the long way there. Seems kind of counter- intuitive. If you're looking for more encounters try War of the Commonwealth http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12395/? It's completely customizable to your liking. i have mine on the lowest settings and I still run into all sorts of stuff wherever I go. Makes the Commonwealth much more alive.
