Hair Modification?

I notice how the character's hair is completely stiff.

 

If my character has long hair, and if he/she turns her head to look at something, the hair won't move at all.. if you have Beautiful People, i am sure you all will know what i mean.

 

Is there a mod to make the hair 'flow' realistically?

 

And also, is there a way to get it so the hair doesn't disappear into my character's back when she/he sneaks?

Can't be done at the moment. Hair can be rigged, or it can have color, but not both. This is not true of wigs, though - Sshodan's wigs are rigged beautifully (though some will still clip on large-breasted characters).
