Experienced gamers here please help me:

1. How is chameleon different from Invisibility?

2. What is spell absorption? How is this different from Reflect spell?

3. How is spell absorption 15 pts different from spell absorption 20%? Or reflect spell 15pts vs reflect spell 20%?

Thanks!

Reflect is the percentage chance that the effect will be reflected, so there is a 20% chance that the caster will take the effect, and not you/ npc.

Chameleon and invisibility differ in that you can "cast" invisibility and it lasts until either the spell expires or you perform an action such as opening a door or drawing your weapon, at which time you can be seen again. There are no levels or degrees of being invisible, either you are or you are not.

Chameleon is used to enchant clothing and jewelery. The effect last until you remove the enchanted item, even if you knife a guard in the gut. Chameleon comes in levels shown as a percentage which is stackable, (two rings of chameleon 20% equals 40%) so you can still be seen by some npc's. If you wear enough items, you will become invisible and can act without serious repercussion, until you remove the enchanted items, at which time you will be beaten like lazy mule.

Spell Absorbtion of 15% has 15% chance of absorbing the whole spell, and 20% has 20% chance of absorbing the whole spell.

It doesn't absorb part of it, either the whole spell or nothing, so spell absorbtion of 100 would result in you absorbing every single spell that hit you.
