LE Rebuild the Snow Elf Race MOD

Hey, everyone! I'm EmperorBazs and I just wanna request a mod about just Snow ELVES!

 

I can make castles and everything with Creation Kit just I cannot script. I would like to make a mod about rebuilding the snow elves, it would start with Gelebor contacting you that he wants you to help him in rebuilding Forgotten Vale's beautiful castles, look for other Snow Elves and everything like this! So, if anyone could help me in this I would really appreciate it.

 

-Many quests

 

-New Castles

 

-A city in which just snow elves live

 

-Make a Cure for the Falmer

 

-YOU could be the king of the Snow Elves

 

-Either you are with the Empire or the Stormcloaks you could make a contract with them so that the Forgotten Vale of Skyrim could become Independent, but part of the Empire or the Stormcloaks.

 

So please if you could help, message me I could really use some help in this. I could make the buildings,furnishings except the quests, NPCs and other things

This could fit into the lore one way or another where the snow elves went somewhere on Nirn, and then returned. It seems like it could be a good idea, but it would be hard.

Thanks, yeah I know this would be a very BIG project but I need a team who I could work with. Do you know how to make mods? :) Because if you can you could join my team. :)
