WolfheartSpellbinder
I had that problem. FIXGoto Documents/My Games/Skyrim (for win 7 or vista users)Then open up SkyrimPrefs.ini (not the Skyrim.ini)Scroll down till you see this "[Launcher]" without quotesThen, make a new line at the end of the [Launcher] section before the next section startsFinally, copy/pase "bEnableFileSelection=1 " without quotes, and paste it to that new line save and closenow run skyrim and tada! But my problem lies past that fix, mine is that I've downloaded a couple re-tex mods which supposed to just load as replacements for ones already in game, and to check the box under data files "Load loose files" and I do that everytime but it never loads the new cool re-tex I have....any help there? FYI the mods are in the correct places, I have triple-checked, also I have the update.esp but it doesn't show up under the data files?

Re-textures are not loading. All is checked and tripple checked. Any idea anyone?
