JoshQuake
I have learned to tune out the bug, but it's still pretty damn frustrating when you are trying to hear footsteps or conversations...

Nadimos
I often have a very annoying sound bug of never ending loops with the companion from azuras shrine. It eats your brain and only fixes itself, when you save and reload again.
Matt7895
Well this problem doesn't fix itself ever, there are ways of temporarily stopping it but saving and reloading just brings it back. I am currently in an email conversation with someone from Bethesda support. She said that my comments will be 'passed on', hopefully that means the patch development team. DeatsBack
Not sure if I should start a new topic or not because I have the same problem, but its the battle music that keeps playing over and over. Anyone know of a fix?
JoshQuake
mind sharing that knowledge with us?I only meant that I can ignore the sound as I've had this bug for about 24 hours of play time so I'm used to it.

Matt7895
For the Elemental Fury people yeah, but doesn't help those of us affected by Chillrend.
1GurU9
You can browse the "sound.bsa" file to find the .wav for the chillrend, extract it and replace it with the file from my link. The sad part is, that you won't hear that sound ever again (untill you remove the file). The other way to get rid of unwanted sound might be a command. Type into the console (press "~" to open) "sexchange" two times and close the console. It should reset this sound.

I got to a certain point in the Main Quest and now I don't hear it any more. I've saved, loaded, exited the game, gone back in and no annoying sound! I'm also not using Chillrend any more and it is stored in a chest in my house. I don't know if this will help other people afflicted by the same problem, but basically what I would recommend is ignore all other quests, do the MQ, don't use Chillrend and see what happens.
