Go there, kill the guy, bring the journal back to the inn guy that sent you there to get the item you need to fully explore where you just were. I got the claw from the guy, called his a **** Wad for wasting my time, bent him over and shoved the claw so far up his **** that he pooped blood. Or atleast thats what I would have done if the game let me.
