Better Distribution for Leveled Gear

Wording that was annoying...anyway, one thing Ive noticed is how quickly you acquire better gear in Fallout 4, especially in Survival mode. The problem is, in survival mode since you cant fast travel you wind up spending more time in small areas, without fast travel I dont want to just swing to one settlement, and swing back real quick, I may as well make the trip worthwhile and hit up some small locations to loot much needed gear, (especially since I use the Loot overhaul, which forces me to explore and scav even more than normal) or knock out a quest or two on the way.

 

It annoys me when you never get to enjoy lower level items before moving to the better gear, for instance the Submachine Gun, you will usually find a combat rifle before you have scavenged enough .45 to justify using a automatic weapon with the ammo. Or the Pipe Bolt-Action Rifle, you will almost always find a hunting rifle in the very next place you search before leaving Concord, and never even use it. It makes the inclusion of these weapons feel pointless.

 

Even worse is the power armor, I often wind up skipping over T-51 (Still my favorite armor visually, cant beat a classic) hell, once I went straight from T-45, to X-01 with nothing between before reaching diamond city. Before I even get to the areas where power armor is more frequently found, or have found enough parts to complete a set of T-51 or T-60, Ill hit level 28 and all I find will be X-01.

 

These weapons/armor need to be spread out a bit more on the level lists

 

Personal suggestions for the armors:

 

T-51: Should be brought down in level, it spawns in at roughly level 18 (only 10 from X-01, or 5 from T-60!) for leveled suits, given most early game armors you find in the northern regions will be incomplete, finding and trying to construct a suit of T-51 should be something lower level characters should be able to aspire to and work towards. Perhaps level 10-12. Not to mention how wasteful it is for those finite armor spawns to be used on armor you begin with a full suit of!

 

T-60: Since most players will receive a free suit from joining the BoS, or doing the Automatron DLC for the unique Tesla set, there's not much to be done to affect when a player receives this armor.

 

X-01 should be moved up to roughly 35 or more, its the best armor in the game for crying out loud, I shouldn't be able to get it so dang easily.

 

TL:DR I basically just want to use the T-51 for longer >.>
