enemies don't follow you out of their cave/building, etc.?

Please tell me that Bethesda did not lose their progress from Oblivion and revert back to Morrowind. That turned me off so much in MW when you would enter home, start a fight, be within 2 seconds of dying, leave, heal, and come back fresh as a daisy. Seems to be the same case here so far. Ack.

I've had them follow me maybe twice. Aside from that, no - they never do.

 

I hope this is something that I can fix with mods, because this is a serious problem.

well i think they did that because of Console. there trying this game more appeal to console over PC but i think company should just stay with the PC. they will have more people playing for longer term then play on console will died couple years

Pretty much this. Console is essentially synonymous with casual play. Bestheda obviously is trying to appeal to a wider audience so that is the step they took. No enemies chasing you in different instances to make it easier.
