makuab
It's quite simple, I would like to experiment with different perks and the current system doesn't allow me to reset them.
GileadMaerlyn
A mod will certainly come when the construction set is available. Meanwhile, you can use the commands removeperk and addperk.
MrTastix
It's inevitable that this will come, I just hope it does so soon. :P I reckon it'd be beneficial to have some sort of counterweight added to any service that offers perk reallocation. The "standard" procedure would be to simply speak to some obscure NPC, ask him to respec your perks and boom, you're done, but there should at least be some increasing cost, otherwise the feature could become somewhat imbalanced. Respec's are nice but their availability can reduce the overall effectiveness of character planning, especially with how Skyrim works. There's no attributes and the only significant advantage of choosing one race over another is for their racial power, the skill gains an orc might get in Smithing don't matter much in the long run, for example. You also have to question if the mod will only apply to perks or if it'll respec your health, magicka and stamina stats as well. This would be extremely helpful (especially if you've decided that wizardy is not your thing and you'd rather be a warrior, but now you've got 300+ magicka and a low health pool) but the downside is that health/magicka/stamina points are not "storable" like perks are.
