I'm new and having troubles

Okay, so this is my first time modding anything that isn't minecraft (which i did only a little) and I'm having a difficult time getting them to work. I've followed all of the steps necessary to get it working

I downloaded NMM

I downloaded all of my mods that I wanted to use:

Realistic Roads

Realistic Ragdoll

Take Cover

Better Settlers

Don't Call Me Settler

SuperMutantOverhaul

Spring Cleaning

Ransacked Relay

Sparky's Quantum Adventure

Vault 273 Turret Defense

Combat Power Armor

Dogmeat's Backpack

Immersive Vendors

Nuclear Weather

Darker Nights

Fr4anssons Light Tweaks

FO4 Laser Bolts

Alien Assault Rifle

Weapons of Fate

Locksmith

True Storms

Brighter Settlement lights

Everyone's Best Friend

Enhanced Blood Textures

Improved Map With Visible Roads

Lore Accurate Holodisk/Holotape

Configurable New Dialogue

Water Enhanced 2K water

Proto Vault Suit

Crows And Creatures Collection

Vivid Fallout- Landscapes

Vivid Fallout - Trees

I edited the files and added the lines of code to the two ini files.

I don't suspect I've done any of the setup incorrectly because a few are working

Take Cover, Better Settlers. Don't Call Me Settler, and Spring Cleaning I've confirmed work in their entirety.

The others don't?

Why some and not the others?

I've got them all installed and enabled. I've tried leaving the fallout client open and activating them again

I tried the asterisk fix in case it was the patch to find that they were already marked.

I also tried going through the Bethesda login and it didn't change anything.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the mods and deactivated and reactivated them several times. And still those few are the only ones that remain working.

I'm probably just stupid and left out something for the others?

Is it a conflict between them?

Please help me T_T I'm so frustrated

The mods you mention working are, to my knowledge, all completely contained within their esp/esm. So it seems like you're having trouble loading content. Might want to post your Fallout4Custom.ini so that we can rule that out. Also make sure it's in the right location:
