Construction Set Anticipation

Where do we look for updates? Where will it appear? I am totally new to modding TES games so, I don't know any of the common knowledge. Are you expecting the tools to be vastly different from oblivion's tools? I'm interested in world building/map making, do you see the learning curve being fairly steep due to it being a new game and therefor having fewer tutorials online?

I really can't wait to get my hands dirty and the day they release it will be like getting a Christmas present. Is it just me or are they being stingy with the information?

I'm expecting Oblivion's tools mixed with Fallouts, which is a good thing. The learning curve shouldnt be too difficult unless you want to do something crazy. If you want to be ready or practice then it may be wise to mess with the old Construction Sets.

I love the CS's in these games, then again I LOVE being able to fix little things that annoy me or to add a few things here or there.

Every time I go online I check if it's out yet :D I'm also writing down all the small tweaks that I'm going to implement... Having used the previous construction sets for Fallout & Oblivion I'm guessing the learning curve isn't that steep. I'm also very curious to see what really makes the game tick, I was surprised by the clairvoyance spell, something like that would never have been possible in Fallout... Edited by mazakala

Also don't know old CS, but i'm waiting for a new one very much. I have some experience from other world-editors. And a lot of ideas for new CS.

Some questions to people:

1) What's the names of the biggest quest-modifications for Oblivion? Can you recommend any of them?

2) Where is the development of not-oficial mods situated on this forum or others? Where I can gather people in one team for working on global mod for Skyrim in future?

sorry for my english, i'm russian
