Crash freezing. Need help.

Hello everyone. I'm not sure what is causing the crashes as I have followed several guides and it usually crashes after 20-30 mins of game play. I tried to alt tab, use task manager, and among other things and I can't get the game to unfreeze. I literally have to sigh out everytime to shut down the game. I'll post my load order and specs as followed:

 

i7 4790k stock

16gb ram

980 gtx

installed on HDD

Try using BOSS[/url or [url=https://loot.github.io/]LOOT to sort your load order.

Note: Please note that the devs of BOSS are no longer supporting the use of BOSS on Fallout 3. However, it will still work.

 

 

Also, if you have not done the Multi-core fix, do this:

1) Navigate to Documents\My Games\Fallout3

2) Open FALLOUT.ini

3) Find the line "bUseThreadedAI=0"

4) Change 0 to 1

5) Underneath said line, add the line "iNumHWThreads=2"

6) Save and exit.

 

That will limit the game from using more than 2 cores at a time.
