I know there was one for Oblivion, i do not know if there was just the outfit mod and hair mod or an entire character mod. ( meaning the face was re done to look like Cammy as well as the body) I would love to attempt this myself, but i seriously suck at creating textures and meshes. Plus i don't have the mod tool.
